I am a fully qualified, BACP Accredited, Psychodynamic Counsellor. I offer brief and long term, one-to-one counselling for adults, couples and young people (aged 16+) in both Braintree and Chelmsford in Essex. I also offer an option of Skype or telephone counselling if you are unable to attend a session. Please contact me if you are interested in discussing these options.
I work with a wide range of issues such as: relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, bereavement, trauma and work-related problems, as well as the many other issues which may be impacting your quality of life and emotional wellbeing.
